Returns at cardcosmos
Sometimes an item just doesn't fit the way you imagined—no problem! At cardcosmos, we make returns as easy as possible.
How does the return process work?
Please send us an email to support@cardcosmos.de with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will then send you a DHL return link where you can create your return label.
- Pack the items carefully and take the package with the label to the nearest DHL branch or Packstation.
- Please keep the receipt safe until the return is complete.
- Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them. Once everything is in order, we will process a refund using your original payment method.
Return costs
For returns, we charge a flat shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund:
- within Germany : 4.90 €
- outside Germany : 15.99 €
Deadlines and conditions
You can return your order to us within 14 days of your return . Please ensure that the products are unused and in their original packaging.
Amazon orders
If you ordered our products through Amazon, please process the return directly through the Amazon Returns Center.

How does the return process work?
- Simply fill out our return form and indicate which items you are returning.
- You will then receive your link to the DHL returns portal via email.
- Carefully pack the products, affix the label and hand in the package at the nearest DHL branch or Packstation.
Once the shipment has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the invoice amount as quickly as possible.
Will I incur shipping costs if I return a product?
For returns, as well as for shipments that are not accepted, refused, undeliverable or not collected, we charge the return shipping costs and pass these on to the buyer.
Within Germany, return shipping costs are €4.90 , while for shipments from abroad they are €16.99 .
In the event of a refund, the respective amount will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
How long do I have to return something?
You can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
It is important that the items are in their original, unopened condition .
My package is damaged
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please fill out our complaint form .
We will review the case as quickly as possible and, upon receipt of your complaint, either send you a replacement or refund the amount.
When and how will I get my money back?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we usually initiate the refund within 1-2 working days .
Depending on the payment method, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your bank account or PayPal account.
