First, fill out our Return form and specify the reason and the country from which you want to return the items.
You will then receive a link to the DHL Return portal, where you can create your shipping label.
Pack the items well and securely, attach the label to the package, and send the return back to us.
As soon as the shipment has arrived and been checked, we will refund the invoice amount as quickly as possible.
The costs for a Return (e.g., in case of dissatisfaction or cancellation) are generally borne by the buyer.
The return shipping costs amount to €6.19 and are paid directly by the buyer to DHL.
In the case of a complaint (e.g., for a defective or incorrectly delivered item), we will of course cover the costs of the return shipping.
You can return your order to us within 30 days of receiving the goods.
It is important that the items are in their unopened original condition.
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please fill out our complaint form.
We will review the case as quickly as possible and, after receiving the complaint, either send you a replacement or refund the amount.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we usually process the refund within 1–2 business days.
Depending on the payment method, it may take a few more days for the amount to appear in your bank account or PayPal account.
