AoS Disciples of Tzeentch: Lord of Change

If you are looking for a model for your Disciples of Tzeentch army that immediately forms the center of the force, the Lord of Change is a very strong option. The Warhammer Age of Sigmar miniature looks large, elegant, and threatening at the same time, making it interesting for both Players and Collectors. The multi-part plastic kit not only has a strong presence, but also offers enough scope for creating an individual project. Anyone looking for a striking Chaos model with a clear Tzeentch character will find a very suitable choice here.

Many buyers choose the Lord of Change when they are not looking for just any model, but for a true centerpiece for their army. This makes particular sense if you want to build your Tzeentch Collection around a central large model. Compared to smaller units, this kit has a much greater impact on the tabletop and in the display cabinet. So if you already have a foundation and are now looking for a miniature that visually brings everything together, the Lord of Change is exactly the kind of model that marks this step.

A special advantage is that you can also build Kairos Fateweaver from the box. This makes the kit more flexible for Collectors and Players, as you are not limited to a single representation. Those planning their Disciples of Tzeentch army carefully can choose the model that better suits their list or Collection. For many hobbyists, this choice is an important reason to buy, because they get more than just a single model.

In the game, the Lord of Change serves as a striking centerpiece model. If you want to give your Disciples of Tzeentch army a strong focal point instead of filling it only with standard models, this kit is very well suited for that. The miniature immediately looks dominant on the table and brings exactly the kind of chaotic presence that many Players look for in Tzeentch. Especially if you want to work with a visual figurehead, this offers a very cohesive solution.

Large Tzeentch miniatures hold a special place in a Collection because they stand out strongly through their form and presence. The Lord of Change fits exactly into this category. Anyone who specifically collects Warhammer Age of Sigmar character and monster miniatures gets a highly distinctive model here. The 160 mm round base also helps present the miniature prominently. For Collectors, this is interesting because the model can be not only part of an army but also a clear display piece.

The multi-part plastic kit gives you plenty of room for individual choices during assembly. This is especially appealing if you want to consciously customize your model rather than simply snapping it together. Since the figure is supplied unpainted and unassembled, you can adapt the Lord of Change very closely to your style. For painters, the model is a rewarding project due to its size and presence, and it will make a striking impression in a display cabinet. Many experienced hobbyists deliberately seek out projects like this.

If you're torn between a large model and smaller units, consider your goal. Smaller models are usually better for building your army, while the Lord of Change serves as a visual centerpiece. Anyone looking to enhance their Disciples of Tzeentch army thematically and visually will therefore often choose this miniature first once the foundation is in place. For pure gaming efficiency, a smaller model may sometimes be more practical, but not for the army's overall appearance. Here, the large model is clearly the more impressive choice.

The Lord of Change can be stored unopened quite well if you collect Warhammer boxes as complete products. In practice, however, most buyers quickly open the kit because it is an enjoyable large hobby project. For a Sealed Collection, it is particularly interesting that the box has a clear affiliation with the Tzeentch faction and remains especially cohesive with two possible build variants. If you are looking for a central Chaos model, opening it is usually the more sensible choice.
