Cardcosmos is a specialist retailer for TCGs (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece). As a WPN Store, we combine our online shop, physical store, and warehouse at a single location. We are passionate about trading cards, community, and creative content – both online and offline.
Your tasks
- Development and design of social media content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Planning and implementation of campaigns, product launches and event content
- Creation of graphics/banners/product images for website, newsletter and ads
- Photo/video production and editing (e.g. reels, unboxings, store insights)
- Safe handling of camera, light and sound
- Implementation of current social trends and format ideas
- Collaboration on packaging designs, event materials and print.
- Support with brand communication, storytelling and content strategy
Your profile
- A keen eye for design, color, and typography
- Proficient in using Adobe CC (PS/AI/PR/AE) or similar tools
- Experience in filming and editing social media-friendly videos
- A feel for trends, Reels formats and viral ideas
- Basic knowledge of photography, camera operation and video editing
- Independent, creative work style and attention to detail
- Good German skills, both spoken and written.
- Interest in TCGs is a plus, but not a must.
- Working student: Enrollment required
- Part-time/Full-time: initial professional experience in content/graphics/social media is desirable

Your tasks
Warehouse & Shipping
- Packaging and shipping of orders
- Order picking, sorting and inventory management
- Goods receipt, inspection and storage
Store & Customer Service
- Support in the store and at events/tournaments
- Customer support and simple service requests
- Assistance with store promotions and sales promotions
PC & Organization
- Product maintenance in the online shop (texts, images, prices)
- Data maintenance in Excel/Google Sheets/Inventory management
- Support with social media/content (e.g. simple graphics, Reels, newsletters)
- Organization of orders, deliveries and event planning
- General office and administrative tasks
Your profile
- Structured, meticulous and reliable work ethic
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and initiative
- Good German skills, both spoken and written.
- Safe handling of PC, email, Excel and browser tools
- Interest in TCGs is a plus, but not a must.
- Working student: Enrolled at a German university
- Part-time/Full-time: Previous experience in e-commerce, warehousing or customer service is desirable
- Also possible as a temporary worker (minijob or flexible hours).
